The Anguish and Atrocity is a limited time event quest that only runs from April 3 ET to April 8, 7PM ET. Hunt Guardian Doshaguma to earn more Hunter Rank Points during the event!

Only Playable From HR 21 or Higher

To proceed with the Anguish and Atrocity quest, you'll need to be at least HR 21 to join the said event quest.

Accept the Quest From the Event Quests Tab

From the Quest Counter, select the Event Quests Tab and select Anguish and Atrocity to accept this quest. You can do this by speaking to Alma or opening the Quest Counter from the Tent.
