Putting Up a Stink

Putting Up a Stink is a limited-time event quest that originally ran from July 22 until August 12, 2025 (ET). It is available as a permanent event starting on February 17, 2026 (ET).

Event Quests Schedule and Release Date

Only Playable From HR 21 or Higher

To unlock and play the Putting Up a Stink event quest, you would need to be at least HR 21.

From the Quest Counter, select the Event Quests Tab and select Putting Up a Stink to accept this quest. You can do this by speaking to Alma or by speaking to Lotta, who's located in the Grand Hub. You can also open the Quest Counter from the Tent.

Rathian is weakest to the Dragon element and hits to the Head. Since it's a Flying Wyvern, breaking its Wings makes it fly less. Make sure to bring Flash Pods too so you could take it out of the air easily.
