Help Your Palico Test Its New Weapon
| 1 |  When you are ready, talk to your Palico in any base camp in any region after completing the Rath-from-Above, Go! Side Mission. If you have just arrived in a new location, wait until your Palico walks to your tent in the Base Camp and you can talk to him to begin this quest. Your Palico will appear as a green dot on the map. |

| 3 |  In the Ruins of Wyveria, defeat the Guardian Ebony Odogaron. ┗ Use the Traps in the Ruins of the Wyveria ▶︎ Monster Hunt: Guardian Ebony Odogaron |
| 4 |  Once you have completed the hunt, talk to your Palico at the Base Camp in any region. Wait for the Palico to return to your tent so you can talk to it. This will mark the end of the quest and you'll receive your rewards, including a new Palico Support Move. |
Expend a Lucky Voucher for More Rewards
Lucky Vouchers can be used to effectively double the reward for completing Investigations, Field Survey Requests, and Optional Quests.
If you need more monster parts to craft the Guardian Ebony Odogaron Armor or Weapons, don't hesitate to use Lucky Vouchers to speed up your farming.

Use the Traps in the Ruins of the Wyveria
The Guardian Ebony Odogaron can be quite an elusive foe. Thankfully, the Ruins of the Wyveria contains a handful of environmental hazards, which can disable it for a short duration.
The location also contains a handful of useful endemic life that, when captured, can aid in the hunt, such as Vigorwaps. Familiarize yourself with the area, as it can be very helpful to know the locations of important points of interest.

| Guardian Ebony Odogaron Fight Tips | ||||||||||||||
 Stock up on Nulberries to remove Dragonblight status when the Guardian Ebony Odogaron attacks you with it. Disable it with great thunderbugs or flashflies to halt it's movement for a short duration. In addition to Dragonblight, Guardian Ebony Odogaron can also inflict Bleeding; equip bleed-resistant armor or charm to counter this effect. |

Complete the Rath-from-Above Side Mission
As part of the Palico Support Skill Questline, which can be started in Chapter 4, this quest is unlocked after completing the Rath-from-Above side mission. Upon completion, talk to your Palico at Base Camp to begin this quest.
