How to Transfer Beta Character Data

Transfer in Character Creation Screen

Create New Character
First, start a new file and create a new character. At the bottom of the options, choose Beta Test Data to retrieve your character design from the Open Beta.

Retrieve Beta Test Data
Select Yes on the prompt, and you should be able to transfer your character design data after. Make sure to do this online for a smooth process.
▶ Open Beta and Save File Bonuses

Character Data saved from the most recent Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta (OBT 2) can be transferred into your release copy of the game.

Do note that even after importing your pre-made character, you can still make some tweaks on any of the customization options if you wish to make some final changes to your hunter!
