Description: Gelidron are amphibians commonly found in Oilwell Basin. Subcutaneous slime protects them from getting burned. Gelidron lay ambushes, waiting to snap up prey with their big, meaty tongues. |

Description: Vespoids are neopterons with paralyzing poison stingers on their abdomens. Vespoids are attracted to light and hunters can use brightmoss to mark large monsters, which Vespoid will then attack and paralyze. |

Habitat:
Description: Piragills are leviathans whose bodies are covered with beautiful scales and sharp blades. A Piragill's speed is unmatched, and those blades will make mincemeat of a hunter that wanders too close. |

Habitat:
Description: Porkeplumes are bird wyverns that live in herds at the heart of the Ruins of Wyveria. Porkeplumes are extremely timid and will protect themselves against threats by puffing out the bristles on their heads. |

Description: Guardian Seikrets are artificial wyverns created by an ancient civilization. Unlike the original Seikret, the Guardian types are aggressive and have sharp, dangerous claws on their unique forelegs. |

|
Habitat:
Description: Blangos are fanged beast with snow-white pelts. Blango packs work together efficiently to eliminate threats to their territory. |

Omega Micros

Habitat:
Description: Omega Micros are small machines manufactured by Omega Planetes that home in on hunters and self-destruct. Attention can be drawn with a sonic bomb. Will sometimes create a shield when destroyed. |
|||||||||||||||||||
Killing small monsters and carving their carcasses provide materials used for hunting or crafting. Some monsters like the Talioth can be used to attack large monsters and keep them occupied for a while.
Remember that some small monsters might be hostile on sight, so be careful when approaching their packs.
