Eating Carver Meals or getting Food Skill buffs like Pro Carver lets you carve monsters more times than usual, so this is one of the best buffs to have when hunting!
Carver buffs may have a chance to be triggered by getting a Meal Invitation from Maki at Azuz, The Everforge.
Eat meals that provide Stamina Boost for some Elemental Resistance and reduced Stamina cost.
Stamina is always consumed with almost every action of the Hunter, and having reduced stamina cost for all actions make fights easier to handle, especially when doing consecutive hunts and investigations.
How to Restore and Increase Stamina
Insurance meals or food buffs like Moxie (Hi) are extremely great to have when hunting. This allows hunters to keep their rewards after fainting or getting carted once.
