Seregios is most susceptible to attacks on the Head and Legs, especially against Thunder attacks. The monster has sharp scales on its Legs and Tails that it can fling at you to inflict Bleed. Break these parts to temporarily disable that attack.

Since it's a Flying Wyvern, remember that you can take it down from the air by using Flash Pods.
