Title Update 3 New Monster
Omega Planetes
The additional monster announced on Capcom's Spotlight Showcase was revealed to be Omega Planetes and is a part of the Final Fantasy XIV collaboration. Omega Planetes will be available starting HR 41.
A Savage version of Omega is also available in a permanent event quest starting HR 100.
Arch-Tempered Nu Udra
Arch-Tempered Nu Udra will also be available starting October 22, 2025 in a permanent event quest. It is available for hunters HR 100 or higher.

Final Fantasy XIV Collaboration
A new collaboration event with Final Fantasy XIV will be featured in Title Update 3! This new event will feature Omega Planetes as a new monster, a Chocobo mount, and Cactuar alongside other collaboration content!
The collab will also include new armor including the Bale α armor set, the Shadowbringer Great Sword, Omega Attire, Omega's Sword, and Omega's Rod.

Festival of Accord: Dreamspell
A Halloween-themed seasonal event called Festival of Accord: Dreamspell will be available from October 22, 2025 until November 12, 2025.

Link Layered Armor Loadouts to Equipment Loadouts
TU3 will give fashion hunters the ability to link layered armor loadouts to equipment loadouts. This means that you can assign custom outfits to builds that you've made yourself.
Lagiacrus Will Start Appearing in Wounded Hollow
Noted as well in the Director's Letter (August 2025) is adding more diversity to quests, especially for Lagiacrus. Ever since its release in Title Update 2, Lagiacrus was never seen spawning in Wounded Hollow, unlike Seregios. This will change in TU3.
While it is still unknown if they'll implement an aspect of Lagiacrus' underwater combat in Wounded Hollow, it was mentioned that its behavior will be tuned around the features of this location.

Hunt Monsters in Packs
Title Update 3 will allow players to hunt monster packs as quest targets with Heavy Armor Sphere as rewards. Monsters that you can hunt in packs include Doshaguma, Hirabami, and Yian Kut-ku.
9-Star Quests and Event Quest Updates
New Event Quests featuring 9-star Tempered Monsters will become available in Title Update 3! 9-Star quests were first added in Version 1.021. The known Tempered Monsters in the Guild Report are Blangonga, Guardian Fulgur Anjanath, and Ajarakan.

In addition, some Event Quests rewarding the items above will become permanent or will serve in a weekly rotation. This will make it make it easier for hunters to have a consistent source for upgrade items and food ingredients!
New Support Hunter: Kai
A new support hunter, Kai, is available to choose in Title Update 3. Kai uses a Hunting Horn and is available after completing A Hunter's Pride.

Mantle Cooldowns Reset When Starting a Quest
In Title Update 3, Mantles will receive a fix that will reset their cooldowns when you start a new quest. Previously, Mantle cooldowns will follow-through your next quest, making them unavailable at the start if you used them recently.
Stronger Support Hunters
Support Hunters will receive a strength adjustment in Title Update 3. This could mean that Support Hunters will be able to dish out more damage when called upon during a hunt.

Less Pop-up Camps Destroyed
Pop-up camps will stay up longer as monsters will not actively seek and destroy them in Title Update 3.
