This build focuses on maximizing the Focus Strikes of Insect Glaive by using Flayer paired with the Decimator set bonus to open wounds easier and provide healing. Make sure to take Constitution 5 as this will help with your aerial presence, while Power Prolonger extends the duration of all your Kinsect Extracts.

Make sure to get all 3 Extracts before starting your aerial combos so you can benefit from the knockback negation it provides. This can be easily done by destroying open wounds with your Focus Strike so you can refresh the duration of all your Extract buffs.

For Food Skills, we still recommend using the Black Belt Meal (Lo) buff to help manage your stamina during aerial combos. The rest of your ingredients should focus on Attack and Stamina boosts but can be adjusted to focus on Health if ever things get too difficult.
