How to Get Armorcharm
Complete Secure Wounded Hollow Quest
The Armorcharm can be obtained as a Quest Reward after completing the Secure Wounded Hollow Optional Quest from Cobb. This Optional Quest becomes available after the events of Lurking Shadows in Chapter 4.
After beating the two Hirabami as part of the quest, the Armorcharm will be awarded as part of the Quest Rewards.
Accept an Arena Quest
You can get another Armorcharm if you accept and play through an Arena Quest at the Grand Hub, which were both added in Title Update 1.
You do not need to complete the hunt in its entirety if you only want to get the item, as you can end the quest immediately once it starts and you can still get the item.

How to Get Powercharm
Complete As Gatekeepers Quest
The Powercharm can be obtained as a Quest Reward after completing the As Gatekeepers Optional Quest from Rex. This Optional Quest becomes available after completing the Secure Wounded Hollow optional quest.
After beating the two Ajarakan as part of the quest, the Powercharm will be awarded as part of the Quest Rewards.
Accept an Arena Quest
Just like the Armorcharm ou can get another Powercharm if you accept and play through an Arena Quest at the Grand Hub.
You also do not need to complete the hunt in its entirety if you only want to get the item.

What is Armorcharm and Powercharm?
Key Items That Provide Buffs
The Armorcharm and Powercharm are both Key Items that provide buffs passively simply from being in your Item Pouch.
Armorcharm increases your Defense by +12, and Powercharm increases your Attack by +6 from having them in your item pouch.
Can You Upgrade Armorcharm and Powercharm?
No Further Upgrades Currently
As of writing, there is currently no further upgrades to both the Armorcharm and the Powercharm.
In previous installments, these items can be upgraded further in the form of Armortalon and Powertalon, which may also be added to Monster Hunter Wilds eventually, as more expansions are released.
