Wild Herb can be acquired from specific traders. However, note that trader inventory rotates daily in-game, so try rechecking at a later time or resting first if the item you're looking for doesn't show.

Wild Herb can be acquired by completing specific story missions.
Wild Herb can also be acquired by gathering from sparkling Plant nodes, such as Herb or Flowfern nodes that have a white sparkle effect on them.
The Forager's Luck skill will increase the spawn rate of these sparkling nodes. However, note that the nodes do not guarantee Wild Herbs when gathered from.
Wild Herb is a featured reward from the Stalking Supper Event Quest. This quest may be rerun or be available again during festivals at the Grand Hub if you miss it the first time.
