Complete Ghosts Pay No Heed To Tomorrow

Slay the Gogmazios

To unlock the Specter of Their Sins quest, you need to complete Ghosts Pay No Heed to Tomorrow by talking to Warner after reaching HR 100 and completing An Ancient Resting Place.

This is an extra mission that lets you slay Gogmazios for the first time.
