The White Wonder is a limited-time event quest that has ended. The quest ran from September 28 until November 11.

Only Playable from HR 100 or Higher

To proceed with the The White Wonder quest, you'll need to be at least HR 100 to join the said event quest.

From the Quest Counter, select the Event Quests Tab and select The White Wonder to accept this quest. You can do this by speaking to Alma or opening the Quest Counter from the Tent.

Glowing Stones from 9 Star Blangonga

The White Wonder Event Quest can provide a stack of 3 Glowing Stones on completion, so we recommend you do this quest as many times as you can (especially online) for more Appraised Talismans. This quest can be done in an average of around 10-12 minutes on a good run!

How to Get and Use Glowing Stone

Has More Damage and More Health

The Tempered Blangonga in this 9 Star Event Quest, though featuring no added moves, deals more damage, has higher HP, and is noticeably faster and more aggressive than its lower star-rated versions, making it a menace to face even in a party.

As much as possible, evade or block its freezing breath attacks since it can immobilize you take a one-hit kill from Blangoga. It will be helpful to have an armor set with the Guts (Tenacity) or Divine Blessing skills ready for this hunt.

Having the best armor, weapon, and mantles for this quest are recommended, as you can cart easily from Blangonga's fast follow-up attacks if you play recklessly or drop your guard.

Blangonga Weakness and Drops

Immobilize and Exploit Weaknesses

This 9 Star Blangonga is very quick to cover a lot of ground across an area, so one of the best ways to deal with it is by using traps or status effects like Paralysis to keep it in place.

It also has a lot of health, so it's best start exploiting its elemental weaknesses on top of having a high-affinity, high-damage setup.

Break Wounds or Weakpoints

Another way to keep this 9 Star Blangonga pinned is by quickly destroying its Wounds (especially Tempered Wounds). Wounds are much harder to inflict on 9 Star Monsters, so it's best to make the most out of them as soon as you see them!

Wounding Mechanic Explained

Relocate to Safer Areas

Blangonga is often situated in the tighter areas of the Iceshard Cliffs, so you might find it much harder to fight on steep terrain, especially when it starts to often throw itself towards you. If you are finding it harder to fight in a certain area, use a Dung Pod to force Blangonga to move to another part of the map.
