Clear Fleeting Bubbles Quest with an A Rank
You can get the Mizutsune: Mark of Mastery pendant by clearing the Fleeting Bubbles challenge quest with an A Rank. This is one of three Mizutsune pendants that you can obtain as a reward. You would need to be HR21 or above to participate in the quest.
The challenge quest can be accessed in the Grand Hub, which is unlocked at HR16.

Fleeting Bubbles Quest was Available from July 8, 2025 to July 22, 2025 (ET)
Players who were eligible could participate in the quest from July 8, 2025 to July 22, 2025 (ET). As of August 1, 2025, the pendants can now be claimed from the support desk. Note that you must save the game after claiming them to keep them.
