Players can obtain Wyvernsprouts by killing a small monsters, leaving their corpses to become rotten, and harvesting possible mycelium nodes that grow over any rotten corpses. The chance of mycelium appearing is very low, requiring players to kill many small monsters.

Objective: Obtained 10 different special items of Rarity 6.

Collecting at least 10 of the special items above grants players the Explorer of the Eastlands achievement.

Trade Them for Various Items
