Rice Ball Charm is an Arena Quest-exclusive Talisman introduced in Ver. 1.011 that increases the power of Akuma's actions and stun power in Monster Hunter Wilds. See the skills provided by the Rice Ball Charm and if the charm itself is available outside the Arena Quest.

How to Get Rice Ball Charm
Available Only in Arena Quests
So far, the Rice Ball Charm is only available in the Arena Quests Demonic Strength and True Strength.
These Arena Quests are given by Akuma as part of the Street Fighter 6 Collab. To talk to Akuma, you must progress the side mission Ultimate Strength in the Oilwell Basin. To trigger the side mission, talk to Quinn in the region near the Base Camp at HR21+. Completing objectives and then talking to Akuma will grant you these quests.
