Dust of Life can be purchased from the Support Ship for 10 Guild Points when it's on stock.
The Support Ship will be available in the base camp every three in-game days, and will disappear for another three days as it gathers items to sell. You will get a prompt of the Support Ship's status when you are not in a hunt.

You can obtain Dust of Life as a reward by completing Weekly Bounties.
Dust of Life creates a cloud of gas that will restore 60 health for every player who are in range with it.

Does "Optimal Health Recovery" use this when close to a damaged ally or does it only look at your own health for it? Considering stacking up on these for Co-op but absolutely suck at managing multiple consumables mid combat, hence my love for the Optimal Health Recovery function.
