Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass was released on April 28, 2023.
The Sunbreak Expansion was only updated to Version 13 when it released last April 28, 2023.
As of August 24, 2023 the remaining title updates - Title Update 4, Title Update 5, and the Bonus Update - has now been released!
Sunbreak Free Title Updates & Roadmap
The Monster Hunter Rise base game was released for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox X|S, and Xbox Game Pass on January 20, 2023, providing new features such as 4k resolution, up to 120 fps for certain platforms, and cross-play/cross-save compatibility.
This also included the Deluxe Edition of the base game released for all the mentioned consoles!

Sunbreak expansion holders should be able to continue from their base game save once they have the expansion.
They will also be able to play with both Sunbreak and base game only owners in multiplayer. However, those only having the base game version cannot join Master Rank quests and others tied to Sunbreak.
Cross-play and cross-save availability between platforms remains the same within their respective families.

Sunbreak for PlayStation, XBox, and GamePass will only release with a Digital Deluxe Edition. There is no pre-order of any sort for the Collector's Edition, previously available for Switch players.
When the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak pre-order option became available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass, owners received the Loyal Dog Costume layered armor set for the Palamute and the Striped Cat Costume layered armor set for the Palico!
