This is a farming guide for Big Fin, an item in Monster Hunter Rise (MH Rise). Check here for all Big Fin locations and drop sources, as well as Big Fin uses in equipment and decoration crafting.
You can carve Big Fins from Delexes in the Sandy Plains.
Delex hang around in Areas 9 and 10 in the Sandy Fields, so fast travel to Subcamp 2 to get there the quickest!
Delexes are more common when there is an Outbreak of Delexes in the Sandy Plains. They tend to appear in more areas than normal so this is the optimal time to hunt them!
Hunting Delexes could be a bit difficult because they are always submerged under sand. They can be dragged out of the sand using a Flash Bomb or a Sound Bomb. You can also make use of the Flashfly around the area.
Delex moves across the sand faster than a hunter so it is quite difficult to hit them with weapons. We suggest riding your Palamute and attacking with X. This allows you to chase Delexes as they swim across the sandy sea!

Give us the ability to change our layered armor display. What I mean is, ya know how armor looks different on the male and female models? well, I wish there was the ability to change the appearance from the male models of armor, to the female models, and the reverse without changing the gender of your character itself. This would be really nice, as imo some armor pieces look better as the male model version.
