Only Playable From HR 41 or Higher

To proceed with the Masterless Claws quest, you'll need to be at least HR 41 to join the said event quest.

From the Quest Counter, select the Event Quests Tab and select Frenzy or Be Frenzied Upon to accept this quest. You can do this by speaking to Alma or opening the Quest Counter from the Tent.

The main rewards for the Frenzy or Be Frenzied Upon is Skull Ticket, which is used to forge the Skull Mask α head armor.
