How to Get Blossom Barrel Bomb
Obtained From Login Bonuses and Bounties
The Blossom Bomb is directly tied to the Blossomdance Event, meaning that this item is available when the Blossomdance Festival is active.
Blossom Barrel Bomb can be obtained from Login Bonuses and Bounties. Simply talk to the Palico Support Desk, and choose the dialogue option for Login Bonuses or View Bounties to see if you can claim a Blossomdance Ticket.
Keep in mind that to access the Login Bonuses and Bounties, you must be connected to the internet, and is not claimable in offline single player mode.
Festival of Accord: Blossomdance Event
Obtained Through Sakuratide Armor Set
Wearing at least 2 pieces of the Sakuratide Armor Set will activate the Blossomdance Boon set skill, which adds special items to your quest rewards. The Blossom Barrel Bomb is one of these items, but it can also reward event items such as Blossomdance Ticket and Blossomdance Voucher.
How to Use Blossom Barrel Bomb
Can Be Used During Combat
The Blossom Barrel Bomb can be used in combat to provide an additional burst of damage. Highly effective to place when the monster is sleeping.
Deals Damage to Nearby Units
When used, the player will put down the Blossom Barrel Bomb on their current location. The Blossom Barrel Bomb will detonate when it is hit by an attack, dealing 120 damage to units nearby. The explosion will also affect the player and allies who are nearby.
Deals Double Damage to Sleeping Monsters
Blossom Barrel Bombs deal double damage when the monster is asleep. In this scenario, a Blossom Barrel Bomb will deal 240 damage.

The Blossom Barrel Bomb can be thrown towards the direction the player is facing. It will then proceed to roll until it collides with a monster or terrain, which will detonate it.

Blossom Barrel Bomb and Large Barrel Bomb cannot be in your hunter's pouch simultaneously as they behave similarly.
