You can get more Shiny Treasure by using the Geologist skill to increase the number of items collected from Weathered Treasure Nodes. This skill is found on Geology Jewel [1] and Geology Charms.

Weathered Treasure Nodes are usually found within the diving areas behind waterfalls in the Scarlet Forest region.

Obtain From Kut-Ku the Forest Conqueror Event Quest
Kut-Ku the Forest Conqueror is the newest event quest available from June 17 to July 1, 2025 ET. Shiny Treasure is listed as a quest reward and can be possibly obtained when completing the quest.

Shiny Treasure can be obtained by chance when collecting items through Material Retrieval. You can speak with Nata and select Plumpeach to see if you received a Shiny Treasure in the Scarlet Forest.
Plumpeach is unlocked for the Material Retrieval function after completing the Make Fluffy Dealings quest in Chapter 4.
