You can get more Dragonscale Vases by using the Geologist skill to increase the number of items collected from a gathering point. This skill is found on Geology Jewel [1] and Geology Charms.

Dragonscale Vases can also be acquired from Material Retrieval with Apar, who becomes available for this function after completing the quest Lurking Shadows in Chapter 4.
Material Retrieval lets the player have an NPC gather a chosen item, with special items like the Dragonscale Vase occasionally being obtained when collecting the items from Nata.

Dragonscale Vases can be used by trading them with Sekka. He can be found in Suja, Peaks of Accord, in the Ruins of Wyveria.
However, note that trader inventory rotates daily in-game, so try rechecking at a later time or resting first if the item you're looking for doesn't show.
