Caprice Meal (Hi) Skill Effect
Gives a High Attack Boost at Random Intervals
When this food skill is activated, it will grant you a +15 attack boost for ten seconds. This will trigger around once every 4-5 minutes.
There are also other skills that boosts your attack temporarily, such as Agitator , Offensive Guard, and Adrenaline Rush. For a consistent boost in your damage, you may look into getting the Attack Boost skill.
How to Get Caprice Meal (Hi) Skill
Cook with Airy Egg as Additional Ingredient

Caprice Meal (Hi) is a food skill you can get when cooking in the tent or with the Portable BBQ Grill. To get this food skill specifically, you must add Airy Egg as an Additional Ingredient. This ingredient can be traded from Sekka, who resides in Suja, Peaks of Accord.
The food skill will last for 70 minutes when obtained through cooking.
Choose the Colorful Suja Cuisine in the Grand Hub Canteen
In the Grand Hub, you can select a region-based meal to eat in the Canteen. The Caprice Meal (Hi) can be obtained by choosing the Colorful Suja Cuisine. This meal does require you to have either a Suja Meal Voucher or a Pick-a-meal Voucher.
The food skill will last for 70 minutes when obtained through the Grand Hub Canteen.
How to Get and Use Pick-a-meal Voucher
Accept a Meal Invite from The Allhearken
The image displays the meal duration before the Ver. 1.021 update, which was previously 60 minutes.
You can also activate the Caprice Meal (Hi) food skill by accepting a meal invite from The Allhearken in Suja, Peaks of Accord. Meal invites become available in High Rank after raising your affinity with certain characters through Side Missions.
The food skill will last for 90 minutes when obtained through The Allhearken's meal invitation.
