Players can obtain Guardian Scales+ as wound destruction rewards from hunting the monsters listed above. Players must inflict and destroy as many wounds as they fight these monsters to maximize item gain during and after the target quest.
Additionally, players should note that they can only obtain Guardian Scales+ from High Rank versions of these monsters.
