Is There a Fix for the Ultrawide Error?
Currently No Known Solutions
As of now, there are no known solutions for the Ultrawide Error. Some players are hoping that the developers of Monster Hunter Wilds would release a patch to fix this problem. Unfortunately, they have yet to release an official statement regarding this.
The closest solution so far is relying on the people who released their own third-party mods to fix this error.
Ultrawide Error Explained
Gray Bars Present While Playing
Ultrawide Error is when Ultrawide Resolution fails to work on the player's screen when they play the game on a widescreen monitor. The common complaint stems from the unpleasant gray bars appearing on the edges of the screen when Ultrawide Resolution is on.
This disrupts the gaming and hunting experience, causing some players to rate the game Negative on Steam.
