| War Cry II | 4 | Using the “To Victory!” gesture increases attack temporarily to nearby allies. Greatly effects Palicoes and Support Hunters. |
War Cry is a skill that slightly boosts Attack whenever the To Victory! gesture is used. The Attack boost increases with Skill level, and affects all allies, most notably Palicoes and Support Hunters.
The Skill lasts for 1 minute at both levels, and can be reactivated by using the gesture again while the buff is still present and active. The skill effect is stackable with other buffs!
How to Use Gestures and Stickers
War Cry Raw Attack Increase

War Cry increases Hunters' True Raw by 3 and 6 at levels 1 and 2 respectively, lasting for 1 minute at both levels.
True Raw Versus Display Raw
True Raw is different from Display Raw, which is a value generated by multiplying the former by a Bloat Value to give more weight to a Weapon's Attack Stat, without affecting its actual battle performance.
Display Raw is the default value that appears when looking at a Weapon's stats. As such, the above values may reflect differently across weapons' Display Attack values.
How to Display True Raw Value
To find out a weapon's True Raw, go to the game's Options and head to the third page of the first tab. Select the Weapon Attack Power Display, and tick Display Without Coefficient, to see a weapon's True Raw Value.

alright so it gives 6 raw to me and hunters but it doesn't explain how much it gives to Palicoes, considering it is supposed to give them considerately more.
