Skill Pieces Effect
Second Wind I 2 Grants an additional Stamina Gauge.
Second Wind II 4 Grants an additional long Stamina Gauge.

Second Wind is a set bonus that provides an additional stamina bar that is separate from your own stamina bar. Any action that uses stamina will first make use of the new stamina bar that Second Wind provides which consists of 25 stamina on Level 1 and 50 stamina on Level 2.

Having Second Wind by equipping enough pieces of the Guardian Fulgur armor can give additional stamina. The additional stamina is counted separately for skills like Maximum Might, making it easier to maintain.

Stamina Cap Depletion Reduces Original Stamina

Stamina Cap Depletion Reduces Original Stamina Bar

Whenever your maximum stamina cap depletes over time, it will initially reduce your original stamina bar instead of the additional stamina bar from Second Wind. Eating a Meal or Ration will easily restore your stamina cap together with the additional stamina bar from Second Wind.
