The BBQ Spit is a permanently fixed item in your item pouch. This means that it doesn't take up your inventory space and you don't need to take it out of your inventory after every hunt!

Using the BBQ Spit can be tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, it acts as a good alternative when you run out of rations. You need Raw Meat to use the BBQ Spit and you can only use it when out on hunts or expeditions.

Make sure to take note of the music when cooking as well as counting the amount of turning your Hunter makes. To learn more about making Well-Done Steaks, click on our article linked below!

BBQ Spit Cooking Tips

Avoid Overcooking and Undercooking

Overcooking your Raw Meat turns it into Burnt Meat which gives very little stamina and may take away some stamina! Undercooking your Raw Meat turns it into Rare Steak which gives a moderate amount of stamina but lesser than a Well-Done Steak.

When to Use the BBQ Spit

The ideal time to use the BBQ spit would at the very start of the hunt. Make sure to pack some raw meat in your inventory before you embark on a hunt! Right before you start brawling with a beast, cook some steaks as a backup in case you use up all of your EZ Rations.

If you want to avoid the hassle of cooking on the field, you can access the Canteen and let them cook the food for you!
