You can easily find Izuchi by accepting the ★1 Village Quest Help With Maintenance
which tasks you with slaying 8 Izuchi. They will appear on the map as shown below:
Izuchis are very easy to find and inhabits several areas in the Shrine Ruins. If looking for them isn't your priority, you can also just hunt Great Izuchis several times. They will often bring along several Izuchis as its underlings.

Player list provides all of their equipment information. But honestly that doesn't really matter mid hunt. Don't add DPS trackers. It gets really annoying hunting with someone thats just shouting out the damage numbers all hunt
