You can easily find Izuchi by accepting the ★1 Village Quest Help With Maintenance which tasks you with slaying 8 Izuchi. They will appear on the map as shown above.

Izuchis are very easy to find and inhabits several areas in the Shrine Ruins. If looking for them isn't your priority, you can also just hunt Great Izuchis several times. They will often bring along several Izuchis as its underlings.
