I have a hub quest called "Advanced: Those Crowned Apex." Of course this page might be a little out of date, but I didn't see it on here. I'm HR 138, I'm pretty sure the prereq is just completing all other advanced missions in 7 star. There might still be more after this too, idk.
He appeared as a quest after defeating him in the rampage. You are still missing at least apex rathian and apex mizutsune as they also appeared as quests in the hub for me.
Apex arzuros quest conditions are incorrect, as I am hr28 and still don't have this quest in the hub. Never fought him in a rampage though, will get this done and see if it appears after.
