Great Sushifish Scales can be primarily obtained by fishing Sushifish in certain bodies of water. Look out for its appearance, then fish it out!

Sushifish Scale can be acquired from Musharpeye at the Wudwud Hideout in the Scarlet Forest. However, note that trader inventory rotates daily in-game, so try rechecking at a later time or resting first if the item you're looking for doesn't show.

Sushifish Scale is used for its restorative and healing properties.
Restores the Player's Health and Cures Bleeding
Sushifish Scale restores 45 health. It also removes the Bleeding status ailment from the player.
