Players can begin the Talk About Hard Headed! optional quest to gather Kranodath Skulls+ effectively. This quest requires them to slay 6 Kranodaths and can potentially reward players with a Kranodath Skull+ upon completion.
Additionally, carving the Kranodath corpses has a high chance of dropping Kranodath Skulls+. Players should note that they can only get Kranodath Skulls+ while in High Rank, as carving these corpses in Low Rank grants them Kranodath Skulls instead.

Kranodaths are commonly found in Areas 2 and 7 of the Oilwell Basin. To easily track them, players can use their map's Filter View feature and set Kranodaths as their destination.
