Transcendent Rhinos, like Divine Rhinos, can only be obtained from Shining Rhino gathering spots in the Flooded Forest in Master Rank.

Head to the Subcamp to Quickly Find Shining Rhinos

After fast traveling to the Subcamp in the Flooded Forest, leave the cave and turn around to climb to the top of it. After reaching the top, head to the westernmost tree to find a Shining Rhino.

Continue heading west until you come across the stone temple between Area 10 and 12. Enter the temple and turn around to find a Shining Rhino on one of the pillars.
