Item drop quantity marked as ''-'' have unknown / unconfirmed quantities.
Completing a ★7 Hub Quest with multiple target monsters guarantees a High Commendation as part of its quest bonus rewards.
The most efficient way to farm High Commendation is to slay the Thunder Serpent Narwa in the ★7 Hub quest, Serpent Goddess of Thunder.
Thunder Serpent Narwa is also the quickest way to farm monster materials to use for melding Talismans so it's a win-win between getting High Commendations and Narwa parts for Melding.
