MH Rise - Apex Zinogre Thunderlords Ultimatum attack move

You can obtain Zinogre Jasper from slaying both an Apex Zinogre and a high rank Zinogre. However, you have a higher chance of getting it from the Apex Zinogre. For optimal chances, you will need to break both of Apex Zinogre's horns (3% chance of getting it) and cut and carve its tail (5% chance of getting it).
