Hey Anon! Currently there are no special conditions in unlocking this set, but it should be usable once you reach HR4 (beginning of High Rank). In our experience we have unlocked the Rhenoplos S set right after reaching High Rank. If that doesn't work, try reaching HR5 or higher. Let us know if this helps or not and will try to figure out a solution for you. :)
Hey! I've gotten all of the hr parts for rhenoplos s gear. But the smithy won't show the option to forge it. The low rank rhenoplos is there but not the high rank, any help?
