Pawprint Stamps are dropped by Melynxes and Felynes upon defeat. Melynxes and Felynes are found in all locales, most particularly near Melynx's Gatherings, which you can find on the Map.
Farm Felynes and Melynxes in the Flooded Forest

Flooded Forest is the place to be when hunting Melynxes and Felynes. There's a higher chance that you would encounter a lot of them in this area because of the number of spots where they gather.
Plant one of your Great Wirebugs in the nearby Jewel Lilies to wirebug quickly to the pyramid's entrance.
