How to Unlock Kelbi Stingshot and Upgrades
Completing the request from High Rank Hunter Ayame called Gift for a Greenhorn, lets you have the Kelbi Stingshot (Design). This will let you forge the Kelbi Stingshot bow in Smithy.
To upgrade this to the Kelbi Deershot in Master Rank, complete the request Twisted Elixir.
