No, Attack 3 was never cheat, it was extremely rare in base Rise and i still managed to get it before Sunbreak came out. After Sunbreak came out it was still really rare but easier to get. After 4 updates and new melding methods.. it's REALLY EASY to get.
its not a cheat tho ? Its very easy after title update 3 since there were some changes at the latest smelting or whatever the name was for the talisman for rarity 9/10 talisman always give stuff like that
I appreciate the Early Mid End game build but can we not recommend Attack 3 talisman? It's either extremely lucky or just straight up using cheat.

recheck the long sword build. The slots don't add up at all
i did work on GL build and now have load shells with no loss of the needed things. only crit eye is either gone or at 1
that build is for the charge blade above it..
You can’t guard with a Switch Axe, so adding Guard and Offensive Guard is nonsensical...
