Yes, it goes into the Talisman!
Where does the Spread Jewel 3 Slot in. For some reason it won't let me slot this Decoration into anything. I assume it goes into the Talisman?
Hi Anon, upon testing it seem that the pierce up skill doesn't affect the pierce elemental bullets for LBG. Sorry this took some time and thank you for your patience.
Question for you guys. Almost have my pierce build ready. Was wondering if the piercing elemental bullets counted towards the increased pierce damage or if it’s just for regular pierce ammo?
Context for this: within 24 hours of 3.0 patch release. I think the sticky build might change to Tigrex Wargun for rapid fire sticky ammo 1, since you can get it to within 4 attack of the Anjanath LBG, and I like the idea of rapid sticky. Losing out on a level 2 deco and level 1 deco is gonna be annoying though. The reload is also very fast instead of fast, and just has mild left deviation instead of left right mild. So multiple upgrades to offset 4 less attack and 2 less decos.
for the Rapid Pierce 2 ammo: Rapid Fire Up x3 + Pierce Up x3 on Narga LBG is pretty good as well. It out damages all the attack boost builds I've tried. Using Rhenoplos Helm + a talisman with size 3 slot for pierce deco and Vaik chest, Jyura arms, and Chrome Metal belt for the 3x slots for Rapid Fire up decorations.
For the last LBG build, is rapid fire up better than the attack boost?

The sticky build is impossible. Ammo Up 3 with 1 skill on armor and 1 skill via deco isn't possible. Also that set doesn't have enough slots for the recommended decos.
I'm not sure but I think you guys are missing the torso on HR Pierce build. 😊 Anyway, loving these info so far.
