Master touch only activate when critical hit but gunlance shelling don't crit so it don't activate at all. Should go to protective polish or razor sharp instead
Feel like the author hasn't played enough finance. Evade extender and rocket and ground splitter do a ton for mobility. And fast wyvern spikes negate some of the wind up issues.
