Thank you for your comment. We've looked into Power Sheathe and confirmed that it is indeed duration-based. The correction has been made. As for the Surge Slash Combo, we assumed that this Switch Skill was paired with Rage Slash without fully understanding the mechanics of Switch Skill Swap. We have removed this statement for now to avoid further confusion.
For the surge slash combo, the TCS doesn't get replaced by Rage Slash, that's just what they showed in the trailer as the set of switch skills. The power sheathe also does not increase damage just for the next attack, it increases damage for a set period of time
