The Successor of “J”

Scarlett mentions that she is a successor of a Hexenzirkel member who used the initial “J” while speaking with Mona.

I. Ivanonva N. who goes by the initial “J” is a witch who belongs to Hexenzirkel, a group of witches who enjoy tea parties and Irminsul explorations.
What is the Hexenzirkel?

A Traveler Visiting Mondstadt

Scarlett approaches Traveler and Paimon while they are eating in Good Hunter and offers to buy them a drink. She then introduces herself as a traveler, visiting Mondstadt from another land.

She claims she overheard the prophecy conversation and expresses interest in solving that year's Windblume prophecy.

The Windblume Prophecy

Scarlett followed the Traveler and others to the prophecy's location. Later it is revealed that the location is where the Hexenzirkel members held their tea party.

She then revealed that she is the one who slipped the prophecy on the storybook that everyone is trying to solve.

Activate the Lamp that is Used to Converse with Alice

Scarlett activates the lamp by simply stating, “Please allow me to disturb your happy peace,” allowing them to communicate with Alice through the lamp.
