To unlock the Windblume's Breath event, you must be at least Adventure Rank 18, and complete the Archon Quest Prologue Act 3 - The Song of Dragon and Freedom.

Experience Genshin's Windblume Story
During the Windblume Festival 2023 with Cyno, Tighnari, and Collei go to Mondstadt to visit her friends after being cured of her Eleazar in the main Sumeru Archon Quests!
They come in time to see the Windblume Festival, and you get to experience having both Mondstadt and Sumeru Characters in one event. They also appear in certain locations after the quest!

There are three mini-games or sub events within the Windblume's Breath Event; Floral Pursuit, Ballads of Breeze, and Breezy Snapshots!
Get Balloons in Floral Pursuit
Floral Pursuit is a new game mode where you must collect Bloom Balloons until you get a certain amount to summon the Ring of Pursuit that will effectively end the stage!
You must also get the quota needed to move on to other areas, while being pursued by Ersatz Balloons. You will lose one point of your health or Pursuit Point and return to the starting point of that area if you get caught!
Can Be Played in Co-Op Mode
Floral Pursuit can be played in Co-Op Mode. You can invite your friends to form a party to play together! Check out our Co-Op Board to find more event buddies:

Play Music in the Ballads of Breeze
Ballads of Breeze is a Rhythm Game Event where you can choose between three instruments to play through certain songs! You can choose the Windsong Lyre, Floral Zither, and the Festive Drum!
The interface of the 3.5 Ballads of Breeze is similar to the Arataki Drumalong Festival Event, where you must hit the notes once they hit the Decision Line. You can also adjust the Lag Calibration to hit the notes properly!
You can also edit the notes and share them with your friends, so they can try out your version of the song!
3.5 Ballads of Breeze Rerun Event Guide
Take Photos in Breezy Snapshots
Use your Photography skills in the Breezy Snapshots, equip your Kamera, and accomplish the Photography Targets needed for each stage. This event shares similarities to the new mechanics of the 3.2 Outside the Canvas Event.
Once you interact with the start button, you can choose an angle that has the Photo-Taking Point included in it, fulfill the requirements for characters or poses, then snap the photo!
