These Phlogiston rocks are primarily found beneath rock formations in the Fallingstar Fields and Remnants of Tetenanco.

1-4		Located south of the waypoint near the entrance to the Atocpan region.
5-7		Continue south from the first set of Dracolite to find three more near a group of Tatankasaurus whelp.
8-10		Found along the path leading to the Statue of the Seven.
11-14		Located near the waypoint to the liquid Phlogiston lake, directly across from the Hilichurl camp..
15-18		Located above the Fallingstar Fields ruin door. Simply follow the path where there is a rolling boulder.
19-21		Also found in the Fallingstar Fields, on the left side of the ruin entrance.
22-25		Go to the waypoint northwest of Fallingstar Fields. Then, from the waypoint, follow the path south to the Dracolites, which are guarded by Funace Shell Mountain Weasel.
26-29		Keep going south from the previous Dracolites to find four more near some Tatankasaurus.
30-34		Located right across from the previous Dracolites.
35-37		Located near a waypoint northeast of the Derelict Masonry Dock artifact domain.
38-41		Located at the end of the cave, south of the Remnants of Tetenanco, near some torches.
42-46		Found on the southeastern coast of the Atocpan region, within a tribal warrior camp.
47-49		Right across the previous Dracolite.
50-51		Located just outside the camp, where the previous Dracolite was also found.
52-62		Located in a tunnel through the mountain next to an ancient glazeback turtle. To enter the tunnel, go to the teleport waypoint on Remnants of Tetenanco, then north to a cave block by a Phlogiston wall; there should be a warning sign outside. Simply transform into Tatankasaurus and use its abilities to break down the walls.

Respawn time is 48 hours

Dracolite reset exactly 48 hours after you collect them. Relog the game or teleport from the farthest waypoint and check the location once more to see it spawn.
