The 2-piece set of Emblem of Severed Fate set provides a good boost on Energy Recharge, making it useful for Sub DPS and Support Characters who use their Elemental Burst often.

The four-piece set increases Elemental Burst DMG by 25% of the character's total energy recharge, making it suitable for both Support and Sub DPS builds.

By default, characters have 100% energy recharge, and the stats from artifacts and weapons can increase the total even more.

Find out the DMG Increase by Multiplying the Total ER by 0.25

To determine your character's increased Burst DMG from the artifact, simply multiply your character's total Energy Recharge from the stats menu by 0.25.

The Emblem of Severed Fate can also be obtained by using the Mystic Offering in the Crafting Benches. After reaching Adventure Rank 45 interact with any crafting benches and find the Artifact Strongbox: Emblem of Severed Fate.

Sacrifice three 5-Star Artifacts to obtain an Artifact Strongbox, which contains a random Emblem of Severed Fate piece.

You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.

Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
