List of Contents
Apep can be unlocked as a weekly boss fight after completing Nahida's Act 2 Story Quest: Homecoming.
|Location||The Realm of Beginnings, Desert of Hadramaveth|
Apep is located in the The Realm of Beginnings domain just by the border of The Desert of Hadramaveth. You will only be able to access it after completing Nahida's Story Quest, Act 2.
|Elemental Resistance||Normal Resistance|
Apep doesn't have any Elemental Weaknesses. All three phases are resistant to the Dendro element. We recommend using any DPS character that does not use the Dendro element as their main source of DMG.
|Best Party for Apep|
We recommend using characters that can deal damage in both single target and multi target scenarios. Raiden and Xiangling will provide tons of DMG in all three phases while Xingqiu and Bennett provide buffs and protection.
|Ganyu||・High single target DMG through Charged Attacks.
・Can also deal with mobs of enemies in the 2nd Phase.
|Kazuha||・Can increase Elemental DMG through Swirls.
・Elemental Skill can gather enemies in the 2nd Phase.
|Hu Tao||・High single target DMG through Charged Attacks.
・Elemental Burst can deal strong AoE DMG.
|Sucrose||・Can increase Elemental Mastery through Swirls.
・Elemental Skill can group up enemies in the 2nd Phase.
Are you missing specific characters, or have you not built a full party yet? Teaming up with others from our Co-Op boards is a great way to quickly beat the Apep and other bosses!

The first phase of the boss is the simplest phase to finish. Simply dish out your strongest attacks and avoid Apep's attacks that can hit on a wide range.
After defeating the boss in the first phase, you will be tasked to defeat monsters in the area to fill up the Heart of Oasis.
The Heart of Oasis will lose its stored up energy when attacked, so do your best to defend it.
Some of the larger monsters will defend the smaller ones by providing them with shields or healing. Focus on taking out the larger enemies first to destroy the monsters' defenses.
Larger enemies will provide a larger amount to fill up the Heart of Oasis when defeated.
When Apep is about to summon Aftershocks of the Apocalypse, hide under the Shields of Revival's Hymn to avoid taking massive damage.
