In Version 3.5, you can get Intertwined Fates from the Tour Guide section of the Handbook after completing Archon Quests!

Leveling up your Adventure Rank often rewards you with Acquaint Fates (only). Sadly, you cannot get Intertwined Fates as an Adventure Rank reward.

Battle Pass Level Rewards

Leveling up your Battle Pass each season will reward you with a few Fates. The Fates are rewarded every 10 levels, meaning you will get an Acquaint Fate at BP Levels 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 for free!

You will be rewarded an additional Intertwined Fate every 10 levels if you purchase the Battle Pass! The 50th level will not give you an Intertwined Fate, but 680 Primogems instead.

Offering Crimson Agate to the Frostbearing Tree in Dragonspine increases your Offering Level and rewards you with valuable items. Some levels even reward players with Acquaint or Intertwined Fates!

How to Get Acquaint Fates
Open Ascension Rewards	Select Ascension Phase

You can get 1 Acquaint Fate for every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Ascension Phase. If you want to get Acquaint Fates fast, we recommend ascending characters to at least Ascension Phase 1. It only takes a few Character EXP materials, so it's okay to ascend them even if you don't use them!

Can you get Intertwined Fates from Character Ascensions?

No, you unfortunately cannot get Intertwined Fates as a reward for ascending characters.

You can buy Acquaint Fates and Intertwined Fates in the ''Paimon's Bargains'' section of the shop (without having to pay real money). Earn and use Masterless Stardust, Masterless Starglitter, and Primogems to purchase your Fate of choice.

Stardust Exchange Monthly Limit

The maximum monthly Masterless Stardust purchases for each type of Fate is 5. Once you have purchased 5 Acquaint Fates and 5 Intertwined Fates, you have to wait until next month to purchase Fates with Masterless Stardust!

Both the Acquaint Fate and Intertwined Fate are used to wish on Genshin Impact Banners. However, Intertwined Fate is harder to get for free than Acquaint Fate. This is because the banners that need Intertwined Fate offer greater rewards than the banners that need Acquaint Fate.
