Genshin Impact - Windblume
Set the time between 8:00 - 12:00 (in-game) then go to the alchemy crafting bench in Mondstadt. You will need to talk to Sucrose.

Genshin Impact - Windblume
After talking to them, read the Clue Board. You do not need to read all entries since Sucrose and Collei will summarize them, but it does provide more details on each entry.

Go to the mountain's edge facing Falcon Coast. You can use the Temple of the Lion domain to teleport closer to the location.

Use the wind currents to glide towards the island. Get yourself comfortable, this is going to be a long lore drop segment!
